2. Buying a phone
- Pre-owned and refurbished phones may show signs of use consistent with their condition grade.
- Please inspect and test the device before payment. A bill is provided for every purchase.
- Warranty (if any) applies only as stated on your invoice, and does not cover physical or liquid damage, unauthorised repairs or software modifications.
3. Selling or exchanging a phone
- Any price or exchange value shared online, by phone or on WhatsApp is an estimate. The final value is subject to physical inspection and verification of the device at the store.
- You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the device and that it is not stolen, lost, blacklisted or under finance.
- A valid government photo ID is required. We may decline any device at our discretion.
- You are responsible for backing up and removing your data and accounts before handing over the device.
4. Wholesale
Wholesale quantities, grades, pricing and delivery are agreed separately in writing for each order.
5. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract to buy or sell. We will contact you to confirm details.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SmartSwap Exchange is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
